Business Broker
The person who acts as an agent in between selling and buying of goods is called business broker or intermediaries. The main work of business agents is to advertise and estimate the business product. For initial business persons they help in negotiating the actual business value to affordable price. They also give brief information about the potential buyers to facilitate the business progress. They also get commission or compensation for every transaction. One can charge hourly, retainer and success fee commission at the end of the transaction. In countries like America they charge 5% - 12% of the business value as their commission charge. Each business broker must have license to obtain commission. Though few brokers don't apply for license to charge hourly commissions, they provide many services to both seller and client. All business brokers must ensure the confidentiality of the business deals and values. It is unethical to leak information about either client or seller.
